Corporate Banking Department Head (m/f/d)

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field
• 15+ years of experience in banking (preferably in corporate banking, project finance, or client-facing departments in the banking sector)
• Proven track record in relationship management with a strong understanding of corporate banking and cash management
• Strong experience in financial analysis and credit assessment
• Proven track record in team management and advanced managerial skills
• Advanced organizational and coordination skills
• Proactive, commercially minded, detail-oriented and analytic thinker
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish (German is a plus)

Minimum gross wage in accordance with the collective agreement if the minimum requirements are met: EUR 4,955.40/month with willingness to overpay depending on professional experience and training.
