Our client is an internationally oriented industrial company focused on custom, high-quality technical solutions. We’re looking for new team members to strengthen the team.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting with the planning and conduct of safety inspections to identify hazards
• Preparing and compiling reports and safety-related documentation
• Participating in the design and optimization of workplaces and work processes
• Developing training materials as well as operational and behavioral guidelines
• Independently conducting safety briefings for employees and contractors
• Supporting the implementation of and compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines regarding occupational safety

Your Profile

• Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL, etc.)
• Several years of professional experience as a safety specialist in a manufacturing company
• Completed training as a safety specialist (SFK)
• Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel)
• Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong willingness to learn
• Very good command of German and good written and spoken English

The minimum salary for this position under the collective bargaining agreement is 3,300.00 euros gross per month for a 38.5-hour workweek.
