Senior Finance Transformation Expert (all genders)

Your position

Join RHI Magnesita’s central AI & Business Value unit and help turn global transformation strategies into measurable financial results. Acting as an internal consultancy, the team combines financial expertise, analytics and AI-supported working methods.

Depending on your strengths, your focus will be on one of two domains:

• Commercial levers: pricing, margins, market share, commercial processes and cash or working-capital optimization.
• Operational levers: production costs, productivity, energy and raw-material efficiency, inventory and CAPEX optimization.

You will collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to develop value cases and translate transformation mechanisms into practical, trackable improvements.

Your tasks

• Translate strategic initiatives into quantified benefits, clear responsibilities and delivery timelines.
• Consolidate validated measures into the group-wide value case and monitor delivery with program and regional controllers.
• Develop and assess financial models connecting business measures with profit and loss, cash flow and working capital.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams, challenge assumptions and support value-oriented decisions.
• Use AI tools and data analysis to accelerate insights.

Your profile

• University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least five years of experience in controlling, FP&A, business partnering, operations, sales or management consulting within an international industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of financial performance, cash flow and value drivers, together with advanced financial modelling skills.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders constructively in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Analytical, structured and hands-on approach, with an interest in AI, digital tools and data-driven value creation.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Experience integrating functions across complex SAP environments or participating in global rollouts and major Finance technology projects is welcome.

Our offer

The annual gross salary for this full-time role is EUR 85,000. The package takes qualifications, experience and market conditions into account.
