Our client is an internationally oriented industrial company that specializes in custom, high-quality technical solutions. We’re looking for new employees to join the team.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, planning, and implementation of strategic human resources development initiatives as well as a sustainable e-learning strategy that allows ample room for your own ideas
• Organizing and conducting targeted training and professional development programs for managers and employees
• Administering, optimizing, and further developing our learning management system (LMS), as well as creating and formatting modern e-learning content (e.g., videos, interactive modules, and learning paths)
• Ensuring modern pedagogical standards and the use of innovative learning methods and digital learning technologies (e.g., AI)
• Active participation in cross-functional HR and organizational development projects, such as the rollout of job descriptions and the associated competency matrix

Your Profile

• A college degree with a focus on human resources (psychology, education, business administration) or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources development, ideally in an industry-related setting
• Experience in designing and implementing digital learning formats
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English

The minimum salary for this position under the collective bargaining agreement is 3,800.00 euros gross per month for a 38.5-hour workweek.
