Our client is an internationally oriented industrial company focused on custom, high-quality technical solutions. We’re looking for new team members to strengthen the team.

Your Responsibilities

• Further development and maintenance of our ERP system landscape, including integrated systems (BI, CRM, DMS, PLM)
• Analysis and optimization of existing business processes in close collaboration with internal departments (Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, etc.)
• Design and implementation of new ERP functions and processes, as well as supporting business units in the rollout of new processes and system functions
• Maintaining and further developing interfaces, and ensuring stable system operation
• Development, maintenance, and optimization of SQL databases and data structures, including ensuring data quality
• Analyzing and resolving system malfunctions, as well as providing support and consulting to users
• Conducting tests, preparing technical documentation, and providing user training

Your Profile

• Completed IT training (HTL, college degree) or comparable qualification
• Experience as an (in-house) ERP consultant or in a comparable role
• Good understanding of production workflows and processes
• Experience working with ERP systems, as well as strong SQL and database skills (MS SQL Server)
• Knowledge of ERP interfaces, data integration, and—ideally—DMS and/or PLM systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with various departments
• Self-motivation, analytical thinking, and a structured approach to work
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
