Our client is a successful, leading industrial company in the mechanical engineering sector, based in Ried im Innkreis. We’re looking for qualified and competent employees to join their expanding team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Further developing HR reporting and creating meaningful metrics and analyses to support decision-making
  • Ensuring high data quality, completeness , and consistency in global HR data management
  • Maintaining and further developing organizational and position structures in SAP HCM, as well as mapping organizational changes
  • Optimizing and standardizing HR processes, as well as contributing to the further development of the HR system landscape
  • Processing weekly travel expense and reimbursement claims in coordination with the payroll team while adhering to quality and deadline requirements
  • Continu ously developing workforce planning, forecasting, and reporting structures
  • Collaboration with the Payroll, Controlling, Finance, IT, and HR departments
  • Independently managing and coordinating national and international HR projects and work packages

Your Profile

  • Completed business education (e.g., HAK/HBLW high school diploma, degree with a focus on HR/controlling)
  • Professional experience in HR or controlling
  • Strong aptitude for numbers and data, excellent Excel skills, hands-on approach
  • Experience with SAP, ideally SAP HCM
  • Structured, precise, and independent work style
  • Enjoyment of further developing existing structures and establishing new processes
  • Excellent German and English language skills

The minimum salary for this position under the collective bargaining agreement is 4,000.00 euros gross per month for a 38.5-hour workweek.

Of course, your actual salary will depend on your qualifications and experience!
